    TechnoCare Consulting, Inc. is a privately-held U.S.A.-based IT services firm founded in 1996.  TechnoCare provides software development, data migration, and technical support services to various industry sectors including, but no limited to, Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, and Manufacturing.


    TIMOTHY STRIEBECK – Senior Consulant

    Mr. Striebeck has been involved in the Information Technology industry for more than 30 years and in the Healthcare Services industry for 13 years.


    His experience also includes consulting and management in the Banking, Insurance, and Manufacturing industries.


    Prior to his career in Information Technology, Mr. Striebeck served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.  He performed duties as a Navigator, Weapon Systems Officer, and an Electronic Warfare Officer aboard F-4E fighter aircraft.


    Mr. Striebeck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and English Education from Baylor University in 1981.



    Here are a few of his qualifications and accomplishments:

    • Successfully developed and integrated hundreds of Results and Demographic transcription interfaces for clients (hospitals and healthcare groups) with numerous HIM platforms – using diverse methodologies and programming tools.
    • Expert in Client relations/retention – salvaged high-profile client accounts by providing innovative interface solutions when others said, “We can’t do this for you.”
    • Effectively managed as many as twenty projects simultaneously – developed new interfaces and repaired existing interfaces.
    • Designed a central database access/update application for remote users that reduced telecom costs by $60,000 per year.
    • Advised internal clients on technology issues – assisted Mergers & Acquisitions team by evaluating the technologies of a prospective acquisition and those of their largest client.
